First we'll meet to discuss your current situation and goals. To make it as convenient as possible we can meet in person or through an online video platform that you can log in to from your location(s) on your phone or computer and avoid the traffic. We'll then put together a total cost analysis detailing 2, 3 or more different loan options so you can fully understand the implications of each and decide for yourself.

One result of our initial consultation is that you'll be pre-qualified and will know exactly how much you can afford. Even better will be getting pre-approved. It requires more work upfront but it's definitely worth it. It puts you in the best negotiating position, which can mean the difference in how much you need to offer, or whether your offer is even accepted.
